The location is a favorite among long term Clearwater residents and that contributes to it's continued high levels of occupancy.  The close proximity to the Central Business District, banking, shopping, and professional services provides convenience and enjoyment for the residents.

TJM Properties, Inc. purchased the property in 2001, and renovated and upgraded it.

The facility won the City of Clearwater Beautification Award in 2005 for outstanding presentation and landscaping of the property.

 

Spring Haven Retirement Community

Spring Haven Retirement Community in Winter Haven, Florida is a 298 unit independent and assisted living facility serving residents in central Florida. The area provides wonderful views of several nearby lakes. The Central Business District is close-by and provides easy access to banking, shopping, and professional services. Spring Haven retirement Community property consists of 17.5 acres on Lake Hartridge.

The community was renovated to improve its presentation to new prospects.  Since purchased the community has won several Polk County and Winter Haven Beautification Awards, most recently in 2008.

The Courtyards at Berne Village

The Courtyards at Berne Village, located in New Bern, North Carolina, offers apartment style living. 25 Villas, beautifully set amid impeccably landscaped courtyards. contain 100 2 bedroom, 1 bath independent living apartments, 33 assisted living units (licensed for 55 residents), and 25 memory care units.TJM Properties acquired this facility in September, 2006.

Forest Oaks

Forest Oaks, located in Spring Hill, Florida, offers independent, assisted, and memory impaired lifestyles. Designed and built in 1988, this unique 4 wing community has 80 units and is licensed for 130 residents. This property was purchased in September, 2006.

Bradenton Oaks

Bradenton Oaks, a 113 unit, 145 bed assisted living facility located one mile from Manatee Memorial Hospital and downtown Bradenton, Florida, was acquired in 2008. It offers Independent, Assisted and Memory care living accommodations in both the one story Courtyard building and the 5 story Towers building.

 

Lake Morton Plaza

Lake Morton Plaza, a full-featured, independent and assisted living retirement community is located in downtown Lakeland. Situated within minutes of local attractions and medical facilities, Lake Morton Plaza the community is a 10 story high-rise with 9 floors of 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartments. Each floor has 14 apartments for a total of 126 units.

Spring Oaks

Located in Brooksville, Florida, Spring Oaks is in one of the most rapidly growing communities in the state. The 60 unit community (licensed for 100 residents) has both assisted living and a secured area for memory care.

The property was purchased in August 2005.

Southern Gardens

Located in the heart of Lake Alfred, Florida, Southern Gardens is a 2-story, 65 rooms, 100 licensed beds, full service assisted living residence.  The property was once The Lake Alfred Resort Hotel operated in the early 1920’s.  In the early 1980’s the property was converted to an assisted living facility and has remained that way for over 20 years.

The property has been fully renovated and won a Beautification Award in October 2005. 

Renaissance

The Renaissance Retirement Center, LLC was purchased in March, 2007. It is located on 10 acres in Sanford, Florida. and offers both assisted and independent living. Offering 95 units, all are 2 bedroom, 1 bath, and each have an exterior balcony.

 

The Grande

The Grande, a 75 unit independent and assisted living community, opened in October, 2008. Located in Brooksville, Florida, this beautiful 3 story facility has 5 different room styles, including apartments of up to 650 square feet of living space.

Carriage Hill

Located in Bedford, Virginia, Carriage Hill is a 100 unit assisted living and memory care community. The campus is on 14 acres with unprecedented views of the Blue Ridge mountains. It was purchased in July, 2009.

 

Sunset Lake Village

Located in Venice, Florida, the community has 92 units and a license for 110 residents with assisted living and memory care programs. The unit is in the heart of the Venice medical community, two miles from I-75. It was purchased in March, 2010.

Village Place

Located in Port Charlotte, Florida, the community has 92 units and a license for 114 residents with assisted living and memory care programs. The unit is one mile from the downtown business area. It was purchased in March, 2010.

Emerald Park

Located in Hollywood, Florida, this assisted living community has 78 units and a license for 100 residents. The 2.9 acre property is 1/2 mile from the Florida turnpike and 4 miles from Memorial Regional Hospital.

 

Summerfield

Located in Bradenton, Florida, the community has 119 units with assisted living and memory care programs. The community was purchased in November, 2010, and is in the heart of Bradenton.

 

Balmoral

Located in Lake Placid, Florida, the community has 120 units with a license for 126 assisted living and memory care residents. This community was purchased in June, 2011.
