In 2020, TJM ventured into residential development of single-family homes. TJM currently has 2 projects currently under construction and 2 projects in development outside of the Pensacola, FL area. TJM partnered with and developed a local team to oversee the projects. Between the 4 sites, TJM has a total of over 140 single family homes spread out over 100 acres in various stages of development. Sizes range from 1300 sqft to 1800 sqft with an average sale price near $300k.
